DESCRIPTION:The goal of ICONS is to bring together leading researchers in neuromorphic computing to present new research\, develop new collaborations\, and provide a forum to publish work in this area. Our focus will be on architectures\, models\, and applications of neuromorphic systems. \nICONS 2025 will be held in a hybrid format\, with the physical conference in Seattle\, Washington. Virtual attendance details will also be provided to the participants. The meeting will take place July 29-31\, 2025.
