Prof Debanjan Bhowmik’s research group at IIT Bombay SPIN-NEURO-QUANTUM AI group focuses on emerging device and computing technologies for AI. primarily affiliated with the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Bombay & associated with the Centre for Semiconductor Technologies (SemiX), Centre for Quantum Information Computer Science and Technology (CQuICST), and Centre for Machine Intelligence and Data Science (CMINDS), IIT Bombay. We also strongly collaborate with students and faculty at the Department of physics and the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Delhi.
